General terms Rosemary Bed and Breakfast has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this site. Payment Terms A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of one nights stay or 30% of the total booking, whichever is the greater, will be required to confirm a reservation. For guests staying for one night only, the total cost will be required as a deposit. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is taken and a confirmation is given back in writing. The outstanding balance is payable on arrival at Rosemary B&B. Payment can be made by cash, debit card or credit card. Smoking For the comfort of all our guests we operate a non-smoking policy in all of our rooms. However, smoking is allowed in our gardens Cancellation In the event of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival the balance of the account will not be charged. If cancelled within 14 days 90% of the account is payable. We strongly advise that insurance is taken out to cover you for cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Arrival Arrivals after 3pm Parking Rosemary has its own private car park for 3 vehicles. Owners leave their vehicles here at their own risk. Rosemary can take no responsibility for cars or their contents. Departure On day of departure please vacate your room before 11.00am. Damage Any wilful damage will be charged appropriately.
